• Adoption applications can be found on the left Navigation bar under the Forms/Application button. 
• We will review your application as soon as possible and reach out to you by email once completed.
• We can transport adult dogs to other states but there will be a transport fee in addition to the adoption fee.  Transport fees vary depending on location but generally range from $200-$300. 
• All of our adult dogs are spayed/neutered, current on vaccinations, and microchipped.
