We are so excited you are considering Another Chance Rescue to add a new pet to your family.  We encourage you and your family to carefully read this application.  We strive to make the best decisions possible for each of our dogs, so we ask that you not take this decision lightly.  The commitment to a pet will extend many years and will be an investment of time, training, socializing, care and love.

All applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must own home or have landlord approval
• Must have valid ID with current address
• Must have good reference from current veterinarian stating pets are current on vaccinations, spayed/neutered, and on heartworm preventative

Adoption fee covers

• Veterinary Exam
• Current Vaccinations
• Spay/Neuter (does not apply to puppies)
• Heartworm and tick disease check and treatment if needed
