Casper is a funny little guy. His favorite activity is to play fetch. He loves everyone and anything, however he has had some issues with small children because he was picked on by a small toddler in his original home. Children 7 and above with proper etiquette on how to treat a dog is a requirement for this guy. He loves to sit in your lap and sleep at your feet. Come meet Casper! ??
